Bubble chamber picture of decay of lambda0 in a very rich event

This picture was taken in the CERN 2 metre bubble chamber, filled with hydrogen, and exposed to a beam of particles with an energy of 8.2 GeV.

The highlighted vee was produced by a (curving to the left like the beam) and a proton from the decay of a .
