From 1997 to 2002 I worked as a teacher of Mathematics and Physics on Evanjelicke gymnazium J.A.Komenskeho (Protestant bilingual grammar school ). Currently, I am staying in England at Moira House Girls School ( Eastbourne) as an Assistant Housemistress and Assistant Teacher . In July I am going back to Slovakia and I will continue with my work on Evanjelicke gymnazium.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?
--------------
I have spent one year in the UK where I have had the opportunity to teach
and acquire knowledge about different educational systems. I am going
back to Slovakia and will continue teaching Physics and Mathematics in
a Protestant bilingual grammar school in Kosice. (Evanjelicke gymnazium
J. A. Komenskeho, Puskinova 3, Kosice 04001, Slovakia)
I will be responsible for preparing students for Physics A-level exams
as well as activities like Physics Olympiads. In the past I have gained
rich experiences with both of them. My students also participated in
project Kopernik – EU sponsored project.
I am looking forward to applying my new experiences from England and I
am sure your programme will help make my teaching of particle physics
(in English language) much more effective.

HOW WILL I DISSEMINATE KNOWLEDGE?

I would like to gain more new experiences in the best centre for particle
physics recherché with advanced technical and computer technology.
I am sure I will evaluate them very much with participation in programmes
like Kopernik or Comenius which require more than knowledge from particle
physics.
