WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?
--------------
Our national programmes do not inlcude any interesting physics such
as Particle Physics, Modrn Physics, and so on. I finished my degree in
1967 and I always had a deficiency in this area. I need to be updated
to motivate my students.

HOW WILL I DISSEMINATE KNOWLEDGE?
--------------
1.Making debates within my school about the results of our Cosmic Rays
project and the description of CERN, if I succeed to me chosen;
2.to transmit this contacts and knowledge to my post-graduate futur
secondary school physic teachers, at the university level and, to my
colleagues in my school and during the inservice training courses in
other schools in Lisbon;

At the moment that´s all I can remember, but maybe I get some more
ideas with my colleagues from all over the world.

HOW DID I LEARN ABOUT HST?
--------------
Through Professor Joao Varela from CERN and LIP- Portugal, with whom me
and other 10 colleagues are developping a Ciencia Viva Programme about
"Measuring cosmic rays" with secondary school students.
