Teaches at J.W. Sexton High School in Lansing, Michigan, USA. He is the Lead Teacher for the QuarkNet program at Michigan State University (MSU). He has worked with Professor Joey Huston since 1997 on High Energy Physics. Besides physics, he also teaches engineering and math. He mentors the science club (known as “The Promethean Society”) and coaches the Quiz Bowl team. He has a BA in physics from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) and a masters in education from MSU. Prior to teaching he was a restaurant manager. While not teaching, he is often on local TV for his Academic Jeopardy show or performing in community theatre (his last role was Lucio in Shakespeare’s “Measure for Measure”).
