I am a secondary school teacher from Flandres, in Belgium. My school is called Onze-Lieve-Vrouwe Instituut which is located in Tienen, 40 kilometers from Brussels.

I teach pupils from the ages of 16 -18 years old in the subject of Physics and Mathematics.

It always has been a dream for me to come to Cern and see and learn about a particle accelerator, and more in general about particle physics. There is no better time to do this during the High School Teacher program. I am also excited about exchanging educational techniques with teachers from other countries and learning about other cultures.

My interests include listening music, going to concerts, playing music and travelling. In my hollidays I love to discover new countries and especially meet people to keep my horizon as wide as open as possible.
