My main interest is in
teaching astronomy. It is the
fountainhead of curiosity for students and blends in nicely with physics,
chemistry, geology and evolutionary biology. I presently teach IB HL
chemistry and physics/astronomy at the Leysin American School, a private
boarding school in Switzerland.
In my free time I love reading popular science in various fields. At the
moment I am fascinated with the quickly developing field of evolutionary
psychology and behavioral genetics.
If the Leysin sky is dark and clear you will find me on a balcony
with friends, somewhere in Leysin, drinking wine, taking in the view of the
Alps and talking about the Universe.
