My names are Solomon Saduma. I come from the Nyanza province near Lake Victoria to the west of Kenya. I have been teaching both Physics and Mathematics for the almost 15 years, this is always my first condition to the prospective employer.

Currently I teach at Waterford KaMhlaba, the United World College of Southern Africa in Mbabane, the capital city of the tiny Kingdom of Swaziland. Swaziland is landlocked between South African republic and the southern tip of Mozambique. Swaziland is a very peaceful country that still dearly upholds to its cultural values and traditions. Google search ‘Swazi Culture – the reed dance’.

In addition to equipping me with a better understanding and the confidence to tackle high energy physics in the classroom, the HST program has awakened in me a searing hunger and need to further my knowledge in general and to continue schooling in particular. The later may not be the goal of the HST program, but I can’t help it. If you are a Physics teacher, you certainly want to attend and participate in future HST programs!
