I teach physics Advanced level and Vocational
Courses in a Sixth Form College (16 to 19 year olds) in the East End of
London.
I studied Astrophysics at London University and love the profound nature of
the link between the physics of the very big (Cosmology, Big Bang) and the
very small (CERN, LHC, Higgs). To this end, CERN is the perfect place to be
close to the time of "switching on" the Large Hadron Collider.
At home I live in a very beautiful part of London near the river (Greenwich)
which has a lot of navel history as well as regal history - both Henry VIII
and Elizabeth I were born and lived there.
