Hello, my name is Jacques Jacobs, 49 years old and living in Maastricht, Netherlands. There I teach physics and “science for common knowledge” at Porta Mosana College. My students are between 16 and 20 years old.  

     Particle physics and cosmology didn’t get much attention in my study and therefore I am glad with this opportunity. Besides that it is a huge impulse for refreshing some physics that goes further than high school. I like developing lessons and testing new didactics. I hope to meet fellow teachers who are like me, looking for cooperation or exchange.

     In my spare time I like to travel by motorbike alone, with a shelter, from place to place without a goal.
