The HST Programme is funded by CERN and is organised in the context of the educational outreach programme of the Physics Department Education Group. The participation of USA teachers is supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation. Latin American participants have been sponsored by the High Energy Physics LatinAmerican-European Network (HELEN) programme. The participation of teachers from developing countries has been organised in collaboration with the UNESCO International Basic Sciences Programme.
